Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain an efficient workflow while providing exceptional patient care.
Schedule
- 8-9 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays as needed

Compensation: $20-26 per hour, based on experience

Duties
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including patient histories and treatment plans.
- Take X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing the inventory of dental supplies
- Possible front desk duties
Qualifications
- CPR Certificate
- Dental X-ray Certificate
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Minimum 1 year chairside assisting experience preferred
- Willing to travel to our sister locations in Palmdale and Palm Desert on rare occasions
