Position Summary:
The Demo Associate is responsible for delivering engaging in-store product demonstrations to create a positive and memorable customer experience. This role focuses on preparing and presenting product samples, interacting with customers, and following company standards for food safety and presentation. The Demo Associate supports store promotions by actively engaging shoppers and representing the brand in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicates effectively the features and benefits of the product.
- Exhibits courteous behavior at all times.
- Sets up and prepares demo station for execution.
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
- Desire to help others.
- Maintains a clean, sterile, and safe workstation.
- Knowledgeable about basic food safety.
- Looking for flexible part-time hours
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
- One year of experience in customer service.
- Must be comfortable talking to people.
- Able to work well with others as a team.
- Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Available to work weekends.
- Reliable transportation
- Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
- Wear cutting gloves at all times when operating knives, slicers, or other sharp tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling throughout the shift
- Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective communication
- Ability to climb step stools or ladders as needed
- Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
- Reliable transportation required

Seed to Table is a two-story grocery store in Naples, Florida selling farm-fresh produce from Oakes Farms. Featuring an in-store butcher shop, fish market, and full-service bakery, plus an incredible wine section and beer cave, 3 different bars, and multiple restaurants with different cuisines for dine-in.
Seed to Table is a hot spot for local entertainment, with live music every night of the week. Featured bands range from pop, rock, and dance to country, Latin, and reggae - there's truly something for everyone to enjoy.
Oakes Farms Market on Davis Blvd in Naples has all the major pantry necessities too like a large selection of dry goods, dairy items, fresh meats, and seafood. The full-service deli department features a daily menu of hot entrees and assortment of tasty salads. The bakery is filled with fresh-baked breads and sweet treats including cakes, pies and cookies.
