About the Role
You will play a critical role in our daily operations and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for safely delivering products to our customers while executing your route with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same—you’ll manage deliveries, build relationships with customers, and problem-solve on the fly to keep things running smoothly.

This role combines driving, physical work, and customer interaction, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a team that depends on each other to succeed. You’ll be trusted to represent the company on the road and at every stop, ensuring each delivery reflects the high standards we’re known for.

This is a role for a non-CDL driver, however, if you hold a valid CDL license there are opportunities to run CDL routes at a premium rate.

Snapshot of What You’ll Do
•    Deliver product to restaurants, bars, and retail accounts throughout Colorado 
•    Execute assigned routes efficiently while providing excellent customer service 
•    Navigate Front Range roads and mountain routes in all seasons 
•    Average 20–25 stops per day with frequent loading, unloading and product handling
•    Use a dolly, ramp, and proper techniques to move full (165 lbs) and empty (30 lbs) kegs 
•    Ensure accurate delivery, product rotation, and invoice completion 
•    Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and follow all safety protocols
•    Represent Elite Brands professionally at every stop, helping strengthen customer relationships and drive repeat business.

Schedule & Pay:
•    4-day work week: Tuesday–Friday
•    Day shift only—no weekends
•    Starting at $23/hour, with annual pay increases
•    $1.50/hour premium for CDL routes
•    Opportunities for growth into other roles within operations
•    Full-time, consistent schedule

About the Work Environment
You’ll spend your day on the road, at customer locations, and in warehouse/loading areas, working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role includes exposure to changing weather conditions and both urban and mountain driving routes, along with frequent lifting, carrying, and moving heavy products using equipment like dollies and ramps.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Professional box truck driving experience required

Ability to lift, carry, and move product up to 165 lbs using appropriate equipment

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Safety-first mindset with the ability to operate in varied terrain and weather conditions

Ability to perform frequent physical tasks including loading, unloading, and product handling
