Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team at our Glen Carbon, United States location. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. As a Delivery Expert, you will optimize delivery routes, manage multiple stops, and serve as a key point of contact for customers, all while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and organizational excellence.

• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and efficient use of resources
• Execute daily deliveries while maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules, updates, and any changes
• Inspect vehicles and equipment prior to each delivery shift to ensure safety and functionality
• Resolve delivery-related issues and customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, signatures, and customer interactions
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to manage schedule changes and special requests
• Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company delivery standards
• Provide feedback on route efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through reliable and courteous service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or customer-facing delivery roles
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stops efficiently
• Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of vehicle safety protocols and maintenance basics
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected situations
• Physical capability to load, unload, and handle packages safely
• Preferred: Experience with route optimization technology or logistics management systems
