Part-Time Delivery Drivers & Budtenders
 Rocky Hill, Connecticut

Rodeo Cannabis Co. is looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our Rocky Hill dispensary team. We are currently hiring Part-Time Delivery Drivers and Part-Time Budtenders.

 PART-TIME DELIVERY DRIVER

Our Delivery Drivers will be responsible for safely and professionally delivering cannabis products from our Rocky Hill dispensary to customers in accordance with Connecticut regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely deliver customer orders throughout Connecticut

• Verify orders and required customer identification

• Follow all delivery, security, and cash-handling procedures

• Maintain communication with the dispensary while making deliveries

• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers

• Follow all Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection requirements and Rodeo Cannabis Co. policies

Driver Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable driving for extended periods

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to follow strict security and compliance procedures

• Must meet all Connecticut requirements for working in a licensed cannabis establishment

 PART-TIME BUDTENDER

Our Budtenders are responsible for providing customers with a welcoming, professional, and informative dispensary experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers with cannabis product selections

• Provide accurate information about available products

• Operate the POS system and process customer transactions

• Verify customer identification and follow all compliance requirements

• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional retail environment

• Assist with inventory, stocking, and general dispensary operations

• Provide excellent customer service

• Follow all Rodeo Cannabis Co. policies and Connecticut cannabis regulations

Budtender Requirements:

• Strong customer-service and communication skills

• Retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience preferred

• Dependable and able to work as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Must meet all Connecticut requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis establishment
