Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to join a dynamic delivery team in Centralia? We're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at 320 S. Elm St. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our valued customers throughout the community. This is your chance to work independently while being part of a supportive team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Centralia and surrounding areas
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe operation
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance brand reputation and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to navigate using GPS and route planning tools
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• Flexibility to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Clean driving record with no major violations
