Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Excellence: Provide friendly, top-tier customer service while delivering orders safely to homes and businesses.
- Customer Service: Take orders over the phone and in-person accurately and efficiently.
- Team Support: Assist with food preparation and make-line tasks during downtime.
- Inventory: Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
- Maintenance: Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old
- Driver's License: Valid license with a minimum of 1 year driving history
- Vehicle: Reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy)
- Screening: Ability to pass background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Navigation: GPS proficiency to navigate delivery areas efficiently
Physical & Working Conditions:
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 30 lbs, and occasionally climb ladders or stairs
- Environment: Work in fast-paced setting with exposure to temperature extremes (36°F to 500°F), food fumes, and occasional adverse weather
- Sensory & Communication: Clear vision, depth perception, ability to hear and speak clearly on the telephone, and capacity to work under stress while maintaining quality standards
