• Deliver products safely and efficiently within the designated Crawfordville delivery area, making multiple deliveries per shift
• Navigate to customer locations using maps, GPS technology, and strong directional skills, including multi-story buildings and challenging terrain
• Operate delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Receive and process customer orders accurately, both over the phone and in person
• Handle cash transactions, calculate correct change, and process payments with precision
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Stock and organize inventory from delivery vehicles to storage areas and work stations
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required paperwork and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to support in-store operations when needed
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality control standards

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
• Reliable vehicle in good working condition for deliveries
• Proof of current vehicle insurance
• Strong navigational skills and ability to read maps and locate addresses accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Proficiency with computer systems or touch screen technology
• Strong motor coordination and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina to perform lifting, carrying, and standing tasks throughout shifts
• Punctuality and reliability in meeting delivery schedules
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Additional Information

Climbing
· Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
Stooping/Bending
· Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station
· Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station
· Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day
· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients
