We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Champaign, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Champaign area
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent our brand positively at every stop
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations
- Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately
- Navigate using GPS and map applications to reach destinations efficiently
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any challenges encountered
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile applications
- Ability to lift and carry packages safely
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A great attitude and genuine smile are essential
