Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team at our Plano, United States location (7060 Burroghs Ave). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our delivery operations to ensure exceptional service and on-time performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage complex logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and manage daily delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining service quality
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status, timelines, and any potential issues
• Collaborate with internal teams, logistics partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery execution
• Troubleshoot delivery delays, exceptions, and customer concerns, implementing timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, records, and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Analyze delivery feedback and customer satisfaction data to drive continuous operational improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and performance to support reliable delivery service
• Prepare reports and presentations on delivery metrics, performance analysis, and recommendations for leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of route optimization and delivery scheduling principles
• Proficiency with logistics software, delivery management systems, and data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience with a focus on satisfaction and issue resolution
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive operational decisions
• Experience with vendor management and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business applications
