Requirements for this Delivery Driver job
To excel as a Delivery Driver at TLG Solutions, LLC, candidates must hold a High School Diploma and preferably have 2+ years of related work experience. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid California Driver's License. The role requires comfort with driving for extended periods and impeccable organization and attention to detail. Teamwork and cooperation skills are essential, as is a strong work ethic and high moral standards.
A driving background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• 1+ years of experience in delivery or transportation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and area geography.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and driving regulations.
