Delivery Ambassador

Job Summary: 

As a Delivery Ambassador with Edible, you will be the face of our brand, delivering sweet and delightful products to customers with care and efficiency. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every delivery is on time and arrives in perfect condition, creating a memorable experience for each recipient. Your dedication to exceptional service will directly impact customer satisfaction, leaving a lasting positive impression and ensuring that every Edible delivery exceeds expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver Edible products to customers promptly and in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with recipients in a friendly and professional manner to deliver a memorable WOW experience
• Ensure all delivery tickets are accurately logged, updated, and tracked in the Delivery Go Application for seamless order management
• Communicate effectively with team members  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a "Courier Driver" or in a delivery role is preferred, but not required
• Must have a reliable vehicle suitable for making deliveries
• Current, valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to provide proof of auto vehicle insurance
• Must own a smartphone and be willing to download a mobile application for deliveries and tracking purposes
• Strong physical ability to lift, carry, and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods, up to 85% of the work shift
• Comfortable and proficient in operating a motor vehicle, ensuring safety and adherence to traffic laws during deliveries

Physical and Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to sit and drive for long periods, up to 85% of the work shift
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
