Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve deli items, including slicing meats and cheeses, and preparing sandwiches.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating proficient cash handling skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation, including cooking and portioning food items.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Stock and merchandise deli products, ensuring proper presentation and rotation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• General knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Experience with customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:
