Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Administrative Services Center location in East Petersburg, PA.

The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the daily activities of the default team and assist in establishing procedures, monitoring performance and providing guidance. The incumbent in this position is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective default operations of residential/consumer portfolio loans as well as compliance with Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) investor guidelines and Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) mortgage servicing regulations.

Responsibilities

• This role will primarily oversee the management and execution of Investor Claims, Property Inspection and Preservation, and Successor in Interest processes, ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and internal policy requirements while driving operational effectiveness, quality outcomes, and risk mitigation.
• Plan, assign and evaluate the work of staff, provide guidance and coaching, establish work schedules, individual goals and objectives, monitor volume, workflow and quality, manage performance to include conducting performance appraisals, partner with Management to resolve employment related issues
• Monitor and ensure staff adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including GSE investor guidelines and CFPB mortgage servicing regulations throughout workflow
• Maintain, update and ensure proper implementation of department policies and procedures and review and recommend opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: not applicable at this level. (Required)

Experience

5 or more years consumer or residential mortgage loan servicing or default loan management. (Required)

1 or more years working in the ICE / MSP servicing platform. (Required)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $64,700.00 - $107,900.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
