Job DetailsJob Location: Delaware - Newark, DE 19702Your overall essential responsibilities will be the following:

Partners with hiring manager and staffing coordinators to determine staffing needs.
Source resumes and job applications, conduct screening interviews of candidates by phone, in teams, or in person, and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
Administer appropriate assessments, check references, make recommendations for hire, and deliver employment offers.
Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, job fairs, community network events, online platforms, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
Builds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
Utilizes Paycom’s applicant tracking system to manage candidates’ progress and activity.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process and status.
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure the achievement of staffing goals.
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
Manages application and resume files and retention according to company policy.

Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry
