Job Description
Kinetic Events Staffing is now hiring for the 2026 Washington, DC Fall Event Season. We are building a consistent team of professionals to support a series of high-profile conferences and large-scale events at multiple locations across Washington, DC.
We are looking for reliable, tech-savvy event staff who want to be part of our core DC team. Our staff handles essential front-of-house operations including registration, wayfinding, session scanning, and general conference support
Scheduled Event Dates & Details:
- Pay is $23/hour - we pay weekly
- Staff must wear a black collared shirt and black slacks with black comfortable shoes.
- September Dates:
- Location: Omni Shoreham Hotel (2500 Calvert St NW, Washington, DC 20008)
- Shift Schedule: Shifts start as early as 8:00 AM and end as late as 8:00 PM
- Monday, September 21st, 2026
- Tuesday,September 22nd, 2026
- Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026
- Thursday,September 24th, 2026
- November Dates:
- Location: Marriott Marquis DC (901 Massachusetts Avenue, Washington, DC 20001)
- Shift Schedule: Shifts start as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 7:30 PM
- Saturday, November 07th, 2026
- Sunday, November 08th, 2026
- Monday, November 09th, 2026
- Tuesday,November 10th, 2026
Job Requirements
- Must have a background in front-facing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 5-8 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
- Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
Ideal Candidates
- evious events or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
Note: Travel and lodging reimbursements will not be provided for this role.
