Adult Day Habilitation Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Family Matters Adult DayHab – Sikeston, MO
Family Matters Adult DayHab is seeking three upbeat and compassionate team members to join our program:
- 2 Full-Time Positions
- 1 Part-Time 1:1 Position
If you are patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others grow and succeed, we would love to meet you.
Part-Time 1:1 Position
Work directly with a male consumer in a supportive, structured environment.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM
- Potential opportunity for full-time employment
Full-Time Positions
Support individuals participating in our Adult Day Habilitation program.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Start times may vary between 6:45 AM and 8:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide support and encouragement to individuals in the program
- Assist with daily activities and personal growth goals
- Learn and implement behavioral support strategies
- Identify triggers and use appropriate redirection techniques
- Adapt to changing needs throughout the day
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe environment

Training Provided
No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Training includes:
- One-on-one training with experienced staff
- Ongoing support from the consumer's Behavior Analyst
- Hands-on instruction in behavioral interventions and redirection techniques
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain a Class E License within 30 days of hire
- Social Security card and/or Birth Certificate
- Valid automobile insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Certifications (Not Required)
- LEMA
- CPR
- Insulin Administration Certification
Pay
- Hourly wage (based on experience and qualifications)
