Primary Responsibilities:
Toileting and Bathing
Dressing and Grooming
Feeding Assistance
Management of Dementia related behaviors
Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
Medication administration and Treatments
End of Life Cares
Other Responsibilities Include:
Meal Preparation
Activities
Daily Housekeeping and Laundry

What You Bring
MUST PASS a DHS background Study
Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Schedule & Compensation
Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
Wages: Up to $19.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential. Wages are higher if you are a CNA.

Diamond Willow was created as a bridge between traditional assisted living and a traditional nursing home. Since that time we have modified our model to allow our elderly clients to live somewhere that can be considered home through the end of life. We offer small intimate community settings of 8-16 residents per home and site based RN’s who work with the onsite leadership team and the direct care staff to assure that your loved one’s needs are being met.
