Day porter / Janitor for Brownsville Location 

Overview:
We are seeking reliable and experienced Day Porters to join our team. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a IBC Bank facility. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate for day-to-day tasks

- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills

Experience:
-Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Shift:

Monday - Friday
9:00am - 3:00pm
