What You’ll Do as a Day Maker:

Provide outstanding service at the pay station – every interaction is a chance to make a guest’s day.
Promote memberships with integrity by focusing on guests’ needs and demonstrating value—exceptional service drives natural membership growth.
Build positive relationships with guests, making them feel welcome and appreciated.
Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the Bluewave brand.

Compensation:

$12 - $14 per hour
Enjoy free car washes as part of our team!
This is a full-time, day-shift position, with 35-40 hours a week.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

Prior sales experience is required, but we’re committed to supporting and training motivated individuals who are ready to sharpen their skills.
