About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Data
Architect / Data Modeler to lead the design and implementation of
enterprise-wide data architecture initiatives that support strategic business
objectives and enterprise data transformation programs.

This role will be responsible for
designing scalable and high-performing data models within a Delta Lakehouse
architecture, ensuring data integrity, governance, and long-term
scalability. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise data
modeling methodologies, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive modern
data management best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data
  models within a Delta Lakehouse environment.
• Build scalable data architectures that support
  performance, governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting needs.
• Develop and implement logical and physical data
  models using industry best practices.
• Apply advanced data modeling methodologies
  including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Data Vault modeling
  techniques.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers,
  and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data
  solutions.
• Drive enterprise data management initiatives
  including metadata management, data governance, stewardship, and data
  quality improvements.
• Establish and promote best practices for enterprise
  data architecture and modeling standards.
• Support the evolution of the organization’s
  Enterprise Data Program and data modernization initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, integrity, and accessibility of
  enterprise data assets across platforms and domains.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data
  Modeler, or Enterprise Data Architect.
• Deep expertise in data modeling methodologies
  including:
• Star Schema
• Snowflake Schema
• Data Vault Modeling
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management
  principles including:
• Data Governance
• Metadata Management
• Data Quality
• Data Stewardship
• Experience designing scalable enterprise data
  architectures.
• Strong ability to convert complex business
  requirements into technical data solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
  communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business
  and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Delta Lakehouse
  architecture and modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Background supporting enterprise-scale data
  transformation initiatives.
• Experience in regulated or data-intensive
  industries is a plus.
