Data and AI Solution Leader

Role Overview 

As the Data & AI Solutions Lead within the Global Solutions & Platform Advisory Team, you will own the solutions strategy, pre-sales solutioning, and growth agenda for the Data, Insights & Agentic AI (DAI) domain covering Data Modernization, Enterprise Insights, and Agentic AI. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of technology strategy and commercial execution: you will define the DAI offering roadmap, lead solution architecture and technical defense for the most strategic Data & AI pursuits, drive adoption of the Concierto Intelligence platform, and build the accelerators, partnerships, and talent that differentiate Trianz in the market. You will operate platform-first - anchoring every solution, proposal, and offering, to Concierto-led positioning and carry direct accountability for DAI pipeline contribution, win rates, and practice expansion. You will lead a team of Data & AI solution architects and specialists and serve as the senior technical voice for DAI across clients, Hyperscaler partners, and internal leadership

Key Responsibilities  

Solutions Strategy & Offering Leadership

• Lead the Data & AI solutions strategy and offerings roadmap across Data Modernization, Insights, and Agentic AI — defining offering priorities, platform capability sequencing, dependencies, and multi-year practice growth outcomes aligned to the Transformation Solutions & Technology Office charter
• Translate market demand, pipeline signals, and hyperscaler GTM motions into an actionable offering portfolio — clarifying scope, differentiation, commercial models, and value measures for Sales, Practice, and Platform Engineering stakeholders
• Continuously evolve the DAI offering catalog (multiple offerings today spanning Advisory & Strategy, Data Modernization & Platforms, AI/ML & Agentic Engineering, and Insights/Automation/Experience) — retiring, refreshing, and launching offerings based on win/loss insight and market movement
• Own the DAI reusable asset and IP agenda — proprietary accelerators, DALAI readiness assessment frameworks, agentic AI production blueprints, GenAI evaluation frameworks, and data platform modernization blueprints that create demonstrable differentiation
• Establish lightweight governance routines for the DAI solutions function — portfolio reviews, investment decisions, dependency management, and risk escalation paths that keep the function transparent and accountable
• Collaborate with Platform engineering in shaping and driving roadmap for Concierto Intelligence Platform and other DAI related initiatives

Pre-Sales & Deal Solutioning

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for strategic DAI pursuits — data platform and database modernization (including Lakehouse, data warehouse migration, database modernization, Oracle/SQL/MongoDB, Fabric/Snowflake/Databricks), enterprise GenAI applications (RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration), and AI-led automation engagements
• Lead agentic AI use-case discovery and qualification for client environments — identifying high-value adoption opportunities across business functions, prioritizing by feasibility and ROI, and developing customized POCs that validate solution fit and accelerate deal conversion
• Own effort estimation, solution pricing inputs, and commercial model structuring for DAI deals — including platform-vs-services pricing constructs and CSP funding alignment
• Lead technical solution defense sessions with client architecture teams, CDOs/CTOs, and AWS/Azure/GCP alliance stakeholders — presenting and defending solution designs, platform recommendations, and delivery approaches under challenge
• Contribute standardized DAI solution content, architecture templates, win themes, and differentiator narratives to the Proposal CoE — ensuring consistent, high-quality proposal output across all Data & AI opportunities
• Lead client discovery workshops, AI use-case prioritization sessions, and Data & AI readiness assessments (DALAI) that convert advisory engagements into platform-led delivery pipelines
• Build client-facing business cases and ROI models for AI investments — connecting proposed solutions to measurable outcomes in adoption, decision velocity, operational efficiency, and cost

Platform & Partner Enablement

• Drive market adoption and positioning of Concierto Intelligence, leading platform demos (standard and customized), POC enablement, and use-case development that showcases platform capabilities in pursuit contexts
• Feed structured market and deal insight back into the Concierto platform engineering roadmap for new capability prioritization, agentic AI marketplace inputs, and beta validation
• Deepen AWS, Azure, GCP and other ISV partnerships as the DAI technical lead and support co-sell motions — funding program navigation, joint solution development, and alliance-sourced pipeline cultivation
• Sustain and extend analyst recognition through capability evidence, client references, and briefing participation

Practice & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Data & AI solution architecture team
• Develop thought leadership that builds market credibility — whitepapers, POVs, blogs, and conference presence
• Model an entrepreneurial, revenue-focused operating style — identifying expansion opportunities in existing accounts, shaping new logo pursuits, and treating the DAI practice as a growth business
• Partner with delivery leadership on warm handover, Day 0 support, and seed-team models for strategic DAI engagements — ensuring solutioning promises translate to delivery success

Ideal Candidate Profile  

• 15+ years of experience in data & AI consulting, digital transformation, or technology solutions leadership — with at least 5 years leading data/analytics/AI practices or solution teams of architects, engineers, and consultants
• Direct experience positioning and selling AI/ML platforms, analytics solutions, and data modernization programs to C-suite executives — with proven ownership of pre-sales solutioning, technical defense, and deal shaping (not delivery alone)
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI at production scale — moving beyond experimentation to enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic deployments with measurable business outcomes
• Deep architectural expertise across the modern data stack: cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric), Lakehouse and data mesh architectures, Object, relational and hierarchical databases, data engineering (Spark, Airflow, dbt, Glue), and BI/analytics modernization (Power BI, Tableau)
• Hands-on architectural depth in GenAI and Agentic AI: LLM application architecture (RAG-based), prompt engineering, LLMOps for deployment and monitoring, agentic workflow engineering, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and AI eval/security practices
• Cloud platform expertise with AWS as primary — Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, Redshift, Glue, Kinesis — and Azure & GCP as strong additive (Fabric, OneLake, Azure AI Foundry, Azure data platforms, vertex AI, BigQuery, Gemini integrations)
• Working fluency with foundation model providers and ecosystems (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, open-weight models) and their enterprise application patterns
• Strong expertise in data governance, data quality/lineage, responsible AI, and compliance-first frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA) for regulated industry contexts
• Strong business case development, pricing framework, and effort estimation experience for platform-led deals — including P&L awareness, profitability management, and resource allocation across concurrent pursuits
• Prior SI, cloud consulting, or hyperscaler professional services background strongly preferred; experience in onsite-offshore delivery and solutioning models required
• Executive-grade communication — able to produce and present board-quality POVs, roadmaps, and business cases, and defend recommendations against senior client challenge
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% to client sites and Trianz locations, as needed

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime hiring.  

Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD $180,000 to $220,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
