As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will be partnering closely with business partners, leaders, team members, and data platform engineers to collaboratively deliver meaningful insights and analysis. This internship will provide you the opportunity to work with a variety of high-demand tools including Databricks, PowerBI, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and MarketDial. You will build technical skills utilizing SQL, Python, and PySpark. You'll be part of all steps in the development process from requirements gathering, iterative design, coding, testing, code review, and production deployment. Opportunities include performing descriptive & diagnostic analysis through various techniques to story-tell, present, and operationalize analytical findings and results, learning more around data analytic literacy, governance, and data-driven culture across the organization, and work on various levels in the data pipeline including data integration, reporting, and analysis. You will work with a team of professionals to collaboratively create analytical solutions to meet business objectives and desired outcomes.

Compensation: This internship offers a starting pay range of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on academic year, qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
