My Gym Atwater Village / Now Hiring: Part-Time Dance DirectorSchedule: 20 hours per weekCompensation: $450 per week - paid sick time- paid time off We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Part-Time Dance Director to lead and grow our children's dance program. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching young dancers while helping expand enrollment through marketing and community outreach.Responsibilities:Teach ballet, jazz, and tap classes to children ages 3–11Create fun, engaging, age-appropriate lesson plansPromote the dance program through digital marketing, social media, and face-to-face community outreachAssist with student enrollment and retention effortsHandle administrative duties, including scheduling, parent communication, and program organizationParticipate in recitals, special events, and program planningWork collaboratively with the studio team to grow the programQualifications:Experience teaching ballet, jazz, and tap to young childrenStrong communication and organizational skillsPositive, energetic, and professional attitudeAbility to market and promote programs both online and within the communityGrowth Opportunity:This position begins at 20 hours per week with a salary of $1,800 per month.
