Job Description
Get ready to groove with us! As a Part-Time Dance Instructor, you'll be surrounded by energetic vibes and a community that loves to move! This position offers you the chance to inspire creativity and rhythm in our fantastic youth classes. You can balance your passion for dance while enjoying life's adventures! We're currently looking for all styles: ballet, tap, or hip hop. Other interests could include cheer, musical theater and basic tumbling.
Plus, you'll earn $12.50-$14.50 per hour, all while making a difference in the lives of our participants. Make a difference as a Dance Instructor
Join our team as a Dance Instructor and help us create an unforgettable experience for every participant! In this fun and energetic role, you'll ensure that all dancers, no matter their skill level, receive top-notch instruction in a lively and safe environment. You'll be the guiding star of our classes, encouraging creativity, building confidence, and fostering a love for dance.

What matters most
To thrive as a Dance Instructor at the Y, you'll need a strong foundation in various dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, and/or hip hop! Your expertise will shine as you instruct students of all skill levels, from energetic beginners to seasoned dancers looking to refine their moves. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll engage, motivate, and inspire your participants to reach their full potential. A creative approach to teaching will help you make every class a fun learning experience while maintaining a safe environment. If you're passionate about dance and love sharing that joy with others, this role is perfect for you!
