As a Dairy/Frozen Clerk, you’ll help keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays organized while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced grocery store environment.

What You’ll Do

• Stock, rotate, and organize dairy and frozen food products
• Monitor product freshness and maintain proper storage temperatures
• Remove expired items and ensure clean, organized shelves and storage areas
• Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking incoming inventory
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and department cleanliness standards
• Support merchandising by maintaining attractive product displays
• Ensure price tags and signage are accurate and up to date
• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
• Communicate product shortages, damages, or customer concerns to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Previous grocery, stocking, retail, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly attitude and commitment to customer service
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow food safety and store procedures
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

• Grocery store dairy and frozen foods department
• Exposure to refrigerated coolers, freezers, and varying temperatures
• Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lbs
