Are you passionate about the dairy industry and ready to take your education beyond the classroom? The URUS Dairy Consulting Experience is an exclusive, all-expenses-paid program designed to give students hands-on exposure to progressive dairy operations and direct access to industry-leading experts.
Through classroom sessions, case studies, and on-farm experiences, participants will learn what it takes to be a successful dairy consultant while building valuable connections across the URUS family of companies, including AgriWebb, Alta Genetics, GENEX, Genetics Australia, Leachman Cattle, Jetstream, PEAK, SCCL, Trans Ova Genetics, and VAS.

Qualifications
- Pursuing an Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agricultural Business, or a related discipline.
- Must be an undergraduate student. Master's degree candidates are not eligible for participation in this program.
- Open to eligible students globally
- Passion for agriculture and the future of the dairy industry
- Available to travel to Madison, Wisconsin, January 3-8, 2027
- Able to actively participate in classroom and on-farm learning activities
- Comfortable participating in a program conducted in English
