We handle residential and commercial transactions from order to close, and our clients — lenders, investors, agents, and attorneys — count on us for fast, accurate, dependable communication at every step.

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who already knows the title and escrow world. This is the role our clients talk to every day: you'll open new orders, keep files current, and make sure every party knows where their transaction stands before they have to ask.

You'll be the connective tissue between our clients and our title, curative, and closing teams — catching issues early, chasing down what's missing, and keeping files moving.

What You'll Do

• Enter new title orders accurately and completely, including property, party, lender, and transaction details
• Provide proactive status updates to clients, lenders, agents, and borrowers throughout the life of the file
• Update files in ResWare as new documents, payoffs, commitments, and requirements come in, and keep the system of record clean
• Respond to inbound client calls and emails promptly, resolving routine questions and routing complex issues to the right internal team
• Track outstanding items and follow up until they're cleared
• Coordinate with title examiners, curative, and closing/escrow teams to keep transactions on schedule
• Document all client communication in the file so anyone picking it up has full context
• Escalate delays, title issues, and closing risks early, with the details needed to solve them
• Support process improvements that make client communication faster and more consistent

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in title insurance or escrow — required
• Working knowledge of the residential real estate closing process and title terminology (commitments, requirements, exceptions, payoffs, CDs)
• Hands-on experience in ResWare, or strong experience in a comparable title production platform (SoftPro, Qualia) with the ability to pick up ResWare quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain a title issue to a borrower and to a lender in the language each one needs
• Strong organization and follow-through across a high volume of active files
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional workspace (candidates near Pompano Beach, FL may work a hybrid schedule if preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and email-based client communication

Nice to have: multi-state experience, commercial or investor-portfolio file experience, or a title agent/producer license.
