Role Overview
We are seeking an empathetic, solutions-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team supporting our corporate headquarters in Weston, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our aesthetic clinic partners, wholesale distributors, and direct consumers. You will manage incoming inquiries, troubleshoot product and order questions, and deliver top-tier support across email, chat, and phone channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone systems.
• Assist clinical accounts and retail customers with order tracking, product usage guidance, returns, and account setup.
• Navigate internal CRM and e-commerce platforms to manage order updates, log interaction notes, and resolve billing or shipping issues.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to escalate complex technical or shipping inquiries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by adhering to company quality standards and response time benchmarks.
Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, client relations, or e-commerce customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
• Proficiency with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar CRM platforms) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedicated home office setup equipped with high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for calls.
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour.
