Our Dealerlogix team is a passionate group of service professionals dedicated to helping automotive dealers in delivering high-quality service and enhanced customer experience in their fixed operations to increase customer satisfaction, boost their CSI scores, improve their customer retention and increase their profitability.     

The Customer Support Representative requires telephone skills, attention to detail, and a great attitude in helping our customers.   We will train you in all aspects of what you need to provide great customer experience for our customers.  All you must do is bring a willingness to learn and to be coached, and a smile that shines through in your interaction with the customer.

What You'll Do:

Resolve basic support requests/calls/emails
Document cases within the assigned ticketing system
Provide support to internal Customer Service Managers and Implementation Associates
Must be able to work 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:30am – 10:00pm EST.
Must be available to work rotating Saturdays from 7:00am to 4:00pm EST.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Need:

0 – 2 years’ experience in customer service role
Ability to flourish in a multi-tasking environment
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting, taking ownership of tasks assigned to you
Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all levels
Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly, work well under pressure, and thrive in an environment that is constantly changing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Experience with PC or MAC with the ability to grasp technical concepts
Basic knowledge of networks
Well organized, detail oriented and proactive in following tasks through to completion
Comfortable in taking on new challenges that arise and flexible with shifting priorities.
Previous Help Desk Experience a plus but not a requirement

Travel Requirement: less than 5%.

This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based environment depending on business needs. 

Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods  
Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset)  
Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periods  
Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communication  
Ability to participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodation
