Customer Success Manager

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Evotix, you'll be responsible for helping mid-market and enterprise US customers achieve measurable business outcomes from their investment in our EHS software. Acting as a strategic advisor to operational and executive stakeholders, you'll drive adoption, mitigate risk, support successful renewals and uncover opportunities for customers to realise even greater value from the platform.

Working closely with Sales, Professional Services, Support and Product teams, you will act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them maximise the value of their investment in Evotix and supporting their ongoing success with our platform. Success in this role comes from combining commercial awareness and consultative problem-solving to turn customers into long-term advocates of our platform.

In accordance with applicable salary transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience and location.

What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive adoption, engagement and value realisation across customer accounts.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business goals.
• Identify and mitigate customer risks before they impact retention.
• Lead business reviews focused on customer outcomes and success measures.
• Collaborate across Sales, Services, Product and Support teams.
• Support successful renewals and identify opportunities for account growth.

What You Bring

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Professional Services or another customer-facing B2B software environment.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams.

Bonus points for:

• Enterprise SaaS experience.
• EHS, compliance or risk management knowledge.
• Consulting or professional services background.

Interview Process

• Initial chat: A conversation with a member of our Talent team to learn more about your background, motivations, and answer any initial questions.
• Team Member interview: A behaviour-focused discussion exploring your experience, skills, and how you approach real-world scenarios relevant to the role.
• Presentation interview: You will present for 30 minutes to a panel of key stakeholders and then answer questions based on the presentation.
• Final interview: A conversation with Rama, our Chief Customer Officer.
• Offer: If successful, we’ll move quickly to share an offer and next steps.
