Coperniq is building an AI-native operating platform for project-based contractors.
We help contractors run their business across sales, project management, field operations, service, payments, and customer communication — while deploying AI agents alongside their teams to automate repetitive work.
We’re a fast-moving startup with a small team, real customers, and a lot left to build.
The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with Coperniq customers and help them get as much value as possible from the platform.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll work directly with contractors to understand how their businesses operate, configure Coperniq around their workflows, drive adoption, solve problems, and make sure customers are successful long after implementation.
You’ll also work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Engineering. Customer feedback should not just live in a CRM — you’ll help turn it into product decisions.
What You’ll Do

Own customer onboarding and go-live from handoff through successful implementation.

Drive product adoption through workflow coaching, health checks, QBRs, and proactive customer engagement.

Learn each customer's business and help them configure Coperniq around their real-world workflows.

Monitor account health and churn risk and intervene before problems become cancellations.

Handle customer escalations and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering when needed.

Own renewals and de-escalations for your accounts.

Turn customer feedback into clear, actionable inputs for the product team.

Identify opportunities for expansion when customers are getting strong value from Coperniq.

Help us build the processes, playbooks, and systems that will scale the Customer Success organization.
What We’re Looking For

Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with customers.

Extremely organized and able to manage several customer relationships at once.

Comfortable learning complex software and understanding operational workflows.

Proactive — you don't wait for a customer to complain before investigating a problem.

Able to operate with ambiguity and take ownership without needing a detailed playbook.

Strong problem-solving instincts and willingness to dig into product issues yourself.

Comfortable working closely with founders, engineers, and customers in a fast-moving startup environment.

Prior experience in Customer Success, implementation, account management, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

$90,000–$120,000 base salary, depending on experience and fit.
