We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer success and implementation within a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Customer Success Intern, you will work closely with experienced team members and play a key role in facilitating the smooth operation of project management activities. From coordinating essential meetings to ensuring accurate tracking of supplier data, your contributions will directly impact our success.

The Work

• Coordinate meetings with project & customer success managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.
• Updating supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking 
• Proactively reaching out to vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement processes.
• Reviewing client contracts to ensure compliance and understanding of project requirements.
• Assist with customer-success related projects and initiatives that elevate the experience for our clients.

The Must-Haves

• Pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Business, Economics, or other related major.
• Proficiency in Excel to effectively manage and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint to create engaging presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect seamlessly with multiple departments to gather relevant information and insights.
• Self-starter mentality with the drive to take initiative and tackle tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Some knowledge of apex products/services is desired but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts is valued.
