Job Description
We are looking for experienced Customer Success Advisors to support Adobe Experience Cloud customers with a strong focus on customer success, value realization, and long-term account stewardship.
The role will focus on helping customers realize value from their Adobe Experience Cloud investments, measuring success, analyzing adoption, and supporting overall customer account success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer success advisory across Adobe Experience Cloud customers.
- Focus on value realization, ROI, and success metrics.
- Analyze customer product adoption and usage.
- Support account stewardship and ongoing customer success initiatives.
- Partner with customers to understand their objectives and success goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption and maximize customer value.
- Track and communicate customer success metrics and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managing customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of value realization, ROI, adoption analysis, and success metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Gainsight experience is preferred.
