Position: Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator

Environment: Fast-Paced, High-Volume Customer Outreach & Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, enjoys working with people, and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities. You will combine excellent customer service with proactive outbound outreach, relationship building, follow-up, and consultative sales.

As a lead, you will also help set the standard for professionalism, productivity, accountability, and customer service excellence within the team.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply make calls—you build relationships, identify needs, solve problems, follow through, and help generate results.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Engagement

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining a friendly and professional approach

• Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to introduce services and identify opportunities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and requests

• Conduct consistent follow-up to maintain relationships and move opportunities forward

Inside Sales & Relationship Building

• Use a consultative approach to understand each customer's needs

• Present appropriate products and services as solutions rather than simply delivering a sales pitch

• Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Identify new sales opportunities during customer conversations

• Follow up consistently on leads and potential opportunities

Customer Service Excellence

• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact

• Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns

• Resolve questions and issues efficiently

• Create a positive customer experience during every interaction

• Maintain professionalism and composure when handling challenging conversations

CRM, Documentation & Follow-Up

• Accurately document calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities

• Maintain accurate and organized customer information within the CRM

• Track opportunities through the appropriate stages of the sales process

• Complete follow-up activities consistently and on time

• Help ensure that promising opportunities do not fall through the cracks

What We're Looking For

Call Center Experience: Proven experience handling high-volume outbound calls in a professional environment.

Inside Sales Experience: Previous inside sales, business development, customer outreach, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.

Results Oriented: Motivated by goals, measurable results, and continuous improvement.

Problem Solver: You do more than follow a script. You listen, think, and look for the best possible outcome.

Technology Skills: Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases, email, and standard office technology.

Organization: Strong follow-up, time-management, and documentation skills.
