We're currently seeking service-oriented professionals to join our growing remote team as Remote Client Service Representatives. If you enjoy helping others, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

No prior insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support.

About the Role

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits and coverage options.

Using Zoom and other virtual communication tools, you'll help clients understand their available benefits, answer questions, and provide outstanding service throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Relationship Building

• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and trust

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Provide personalized support based on each client's needs

• Communicate clearly and effectively throughout the client journey

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship

• Attend team meetings and coaching sessions

• Continue developing communication and customer service skills

• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices

Qualifications
