Nursery Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Full Time Custom Service Representatives to work at our 5 acre Nursery in Westerville, OH.  The position is a combination of office and outside work.  A basic knowledge of plants is helpful.  The ability to drive a single axle truck and trailer is a plus.  We offer health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and other benefits.  

We are looking for reliable CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES for our Nursery who enjoy a fast-paced environment, can handle multi-tasking and enjoy assisting customers at our store locations.  This position requires the use of a computer, phone, register and the occasional trip outside in our product areas.  You’ll need to do basic math to quote and prepare orders for our customers – but don’t worry – we will train you!

Basic Requirements:

• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
• Ability to do basic math & use a computer
• Ability to listen and follow instructions
• Some plant knowledge helpful
• Ability to drive single axle truck a bonus

Environment

• Required to sit, stand, lift, kneel, bend, type, use personal computer, telephone, and two way radio
• Exposure to loud noises, hot/cold temperatures, dust, and other environmental factors
