The phone rings while you're checking in a golden retriever for his annual exam, a client walks in with a question about her cat's medication, and by the time you sit down, you've already helped three families and made someone's stressful morning a little easier. That's a normal shift as a Customer Service Representative at Union Pet Hospital.
About the Practice
Union Pet Hospital has served Union, Kentucky and the surrounding Florence, Hebron, Burlington, and Independence areas since 1997. The hospital is AAHA accredited and the team includes Fear-Free Certified professionals who are committed to creating positive experiences for pets and the people who love them. Our veterinarians and support staff share a genuine commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, building lasting relationships with cleints and their pets, many of whom have trusted Union Pet Hospital with their care for generations. - A front desk experience that makes clients feel welcomed, heard, and never rushed.

What We're Looking For
Required:
- No prior experience required, we're happy to train the right person
- Comfortable communicating clearly and warmly with clients, in person and by phone
- Comfortable navigating digital systems and patient charts
- Able to provide compassionate support to clients during both happy and emotionally challenging visits
Preferred:
- Prior customer service or veterinary front-desk experience
- Comfortable multitasking while staying calm and present for clients and their pets
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital scheduling and records systems
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- We are looking for team members who can help support our morning workflow beginning at 8:00 AM
- Day shifts
- Rotating Saturday schedule (hospital hours on Saturdays are 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM)
- No holiday shifts required
Compensation
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills and qualifications. Perks+Benfits
