💼 Role: Customer Service Representative
🏠 Location: Remote
📅 Contract: Initial 6-month contract
⏰ Schedule: 24/7 operations with 8-hour rotational shifts
Candidates must be comfortable working day, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with retirement-plan and benefit-payment inquiries.
- Explain lump-sum distributions, rollovers, death benefits and loan withdrawals.
- Support payment processing, check reconciliation, tax forms, ACH transactions, debit cards and bill payments.
- Resolve client concerns accurately and professionally.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow established procedures.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
We’d Love to Meet You If You Have
- Strong customer-service and professional telephone skills
- Experience in banking, financial services, retirement benefits, 401(k), insurance, healthcare claims, payment processing or call-center operations
- Knowledge of financial transactions and payment systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple inquiries
- Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including night and overnight shifts
