Our De Pere, WI office is looking for an outgoing, pleasant, and team-spirited person to join us part-time and provide incredible communication and support to customers. Think it could be you? OUR IMPACT, YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

With a competitive base pay and performance-based bonuses, our Customer Service Representative can make up to $25.00/hour!

While experience is always welcome, we'll provide on-the-job training to help you gain your footing and feel more comfortable in the role!

We're flexible with scheduling, and you can work in the office Monday - Friday, either from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm OR 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:

Our Customer Service Representative is the warm, friendly person who answers customers' questions and schedules appointments for our incredible HVAC services. Speaking with customers over the phone, text, and email, you'll help with whatever they need and troubleshoot basic problems when able. You'll stay in touch with the service technicians throughout the day to ensure they're working efficiently and doing the best they can for our customers. This entry-level role plays an important part in our successful customer satisfaction and field service activities!

MUST-HAVES:

• Some customer service experience or knowledge
• Clear, effective, and professional communication skills for speaking over the phone, through text, and over email
• Positive attitude and pleasant customer service skills
• Flexibility to work some weekends and nights as needed
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
