Do you have an excellent phone voice and a knack for the details? Our corporate customer service team is growing! We’re hunting for a full-time Scheduler who loves helping people. This is a 100% remote, Monday–Friday role with full benefits—but we need you to be a local in the Sacramento area.

The position reports direct to the Director of Patient Services and will receive competitive compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer scheduling telephones.
- Contact patients for scheduling. Obtain all necessary telephone information from the patient to ensure proper scheduling. Register patients in billing and scheduling systems if assigned.
- Maintain accurate patient schedule at all times.
- Communicate schedule to the appropriate individuals. Forward necessary information as needed. Advise Supervisor/clinic directors of scheduling issues including cancellation problems.
- Implement schedule changes when necessary to keep schedule(s) full (e.g. moves patients to PT assistant, rearranges schedule for cancellations, etc.).
- Receive, sort and distribute faxes frequently and accurately as directed.
- Complete other data entry tasks and related work as assigned/required.
- Assist others as time allows (e.g. faxing, calls to/from physician offices, etc.).
- Operate all office equipment (fax, copy machine, etc.) as necessary in the performance of duties.
