Customer Service Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team and support our customers with a positive, helpful, and professional experience. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to orders, products, shipping, returns, refunds, and account information.
• Resolve basic customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems.
• Follow established customer service processes and company guidelines.
• Work closely with other departments to help resolve customer issues.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Support the team with other customer service and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated from a college/university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
