Job Description
CALL CENTER COACH
SIGNATURE WORLDWIDE is looking for an inspiring customer service professional to be a part of our Call Center team.
If you enjoy answering inbound calls from customers, can creatively and positively reinforce customer service/sales skills by providing clear and constructive feedback and are skilled at active listening then you are the right person for this position. The right candidate will receive comprehensive training to excel in this position.
We have an amazing Call Center team and an incredible company culture centered around our Core Values. This is a remote position (permanent) and is scheduled 20 hours per week. The hours are M-F from 2:00pm-6:00pm EST. This part-time position earns $13.00/hour and is eligible for Paid Time Off.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Customer service and/or call center experience.
- Intermediate computer and office software proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
