Pay: $23–$27 per hour + performance bonuses

Are you highly organized, great on the phone, and the kind of person who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking with people?

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is looking for a Customer Service & Brand Ambassador to join our team.

This is a unique hybrid position combining customer service and office administration (approximately 75%) with local marketing, social media, and community events (approximately 25%).

Most administrative and customer service responsibilities can be performed remotely from home. But this isn’t a 100% remote position. You’ll also be one of the local faces of our company—representing us at town fairs, farmers markets, home shows, and community events and helping us stay visible and engaged on local social media.

What You’ll Do:Customer Service & Administration – Approximately 75%

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers schedule estimates and appointments
• Respond to basic questions and direct customers to the appropriate team member
• Assist with customer follow-ups and communications
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
• Provide administrative support to our sales and management teams
• Help coordinate schedules and appointments
• Perform general administrative and office responsibilities

Much of this portion of the position can be performed remotely.

Brand Ambassador, Local Marketing & Social Media – Approximately 25%

• Work with our sales team to identify local marketing opportunities
• Research and coordinate town fairs, farmers markets, home shows, community events, and other opportunities to promote our company
• Attend selected events as a representative of The Brothers That Just Do Gutters
• Talk with homeowners about our company and services and generate leads for our sales team
• Coordinate event materials, signage, displays, and promotional items
• Create and post engaging local content on Facebook and other social media platforms
• Share photos of completed projects, community involvement, employees, customer stories, seasonal information, and other locally relevant content
• Look for opportunities to engage with local Facebook groups, community pages, organizations, and businesses
• Take photos and short videos at company and community events for social media
• Help develop new grassroots marketing ideas and community partnerships

We’re not looking for a full-time digital marketing expert. We’re looking for someone who understands social media, has a good eye for what makes an interesting local post, and enjoys finding creative ways to keep our company visible in the community.

Who We’re Looking For:This role is a great fit for someone who is organized enough to handle administrative responsibilities independently from home but outgoing enough to comfortably meet and talk with new people.

• Confident approaching and talking with new people
• Comfortable creating simple, engaging social media content
• Professional in your communication and appearance
• Comfortable with computers, email, scheduling systems, and social media
• Willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends for community events
• Able to travel locally and have reliable transportation

Experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, retail, marketing, social media, or event promotion is helpful, but we’re more interested in finding the right person than a particular résumé.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $23–$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
