🎯 Your Main Objective: Keep the Interview Calendar Full

As a Remote Appointment Setter / Phone Booker, your primary responsibility is helping interested applicants successfully reach the next stage of the recruiting process.

That may include:

  • Contacting newly interested applicants

  • Keeping candidate records and calendars organized

Your work directly supports candidate engagement, interview attendance, and recruiting results.

☎️ Candidate Outreach

You’ll be one of the first people prospective candidates speak with after expressing interest.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Make outbound calls to candidates who have already applied or responded to a recruiting opportunity

  • Introduce yourself professionally

Your goal is not simply to book appointments—it’s to help booked candidates successfully reach their appointment.

🔥 Warm Candidate Leads — No Random Cold Calling

  • Requested information

  • Expressed interest in an available opportunity

  • Begun the recruiting process

  • Scheduled previously and need a new appointment

  • Completed an earlier recruiting step

  • Requested assistance continuing through the process

Your conversations begin with existing candidate interest.

  • Confirm how the candidate will attend virtually

  • Help locate a scheduling link

  • Answer basic questions

  • Confirm upcoming appointments
