Customer Service Associate

LIRON Inc. is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Lodi, CA. This position is ideal for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish and are adept at working in a fast-paced office environment. You'll earn a competitive pay of $17-$20/hour.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

This is a part-time position, scheduled to work various shifts within business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m).

In this role, you will spend the majority of your workday answering phones in a busy office setting. You will assist customers in both English and Spanish, address their inquiries, and provide support with professionalism and courtesy. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Candidates with experience in insurance or medical environments will be well-prepared for the demands of this position, as you will encounter a variety of customer needs throughout the day.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience answering phones in a high-paced office setting
• Experience in any line of insurance or medical (helpful, not required)
