Position Overview

The Customer Service Associate is a part‑time role (15–25 hours per week) responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers. This position includes rotating Saturday mornings from 9 a.m.–12 p.m.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing teller transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Assisting customers with account inquiries, online banking, and research
Supporting branch operations including ATM/ITM maintenance and daily balancing
Identifying opportunities to connect customers with helpful bank services
Providing front‑desk support through greeting visitors and answering calls
