What You'll Do

As a Digital Benefits Support Specialist, you'll become a trusted resource for clients by providing knowledgeable, professional, and personalized support through virtual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online communication platforms

• Explain available benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment

• Build lasting client relationships through professionalism and follow-up

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
