Customer Enablement Manager

We are looking to add a dynamic Customer Enablement Manager to support our Customer Experience team in ensuring that our customers are properly trained on how to use our products. You will accomplish this by creating training materials, conducting in person and virtual training sessions and soliciting feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

This job is remote in the US with extensive travel requirements and reporting to the Manager of Customer Enablement. Preference given to candidates who reside in CST, MST, or PST for timezone coverage during in-person customer visits.

The salary range listed reflects total on-target earnings (base + variable/commission). Please refer to the compensation details at the bottom of the posting for the full breakdown of base salary and variable structure.

What you will be responsible for

• Developing and delivering training materials, webinars, and workshops in person and virtually to empower customers and increase retention rates
• Working with the Customer Experience and Sales teams to identify opportunities for deeper customer engagement and increased product adoption
• Liaising between the product team and customers, translating product innovations into client value
• Collaborating with L&D, operations, product, and marketing departments to create the necessary materials to execute the training program
• Working closely with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to understand specific customer needs and prepare properly for the training
• Providing feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer reactions and questions, refining product messaging and optimizing customer experience touchpoints
• Traveling as needed to conduct customer training in person, including multi-day and extended trips to dealership locations
• Demonstrating and maintaining deep understanding of all products in the Fullpath suite to build and adapt consultative training strategies for each unique customer
• Developing and maintaining a library of resources, including presentations, user guides, e-learnings, video guides, FAQs, and best practices to support customers in their journey
• Engaging with dealership owners, managers, and staff with confidence, resilience, and professionalism, maintaining composure in challenging customer interactions

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Customer Success AND 2+ years in the automotive technology industry
• 2+ years creating and delivering professional training content (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Learning Management Systems, Jira, G Suite, Slack, and ZenDesk
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric mindset
• Self-directed problem solver who independently identifies solutions and takes initiative without waiting for direction
• Comfort with ambiguity, change, and the ability to "figure it out" when plans shift
• Resilience and composure when engaging with difficult personalities and skeptical dealership stakeholders in both in-person and virtual settings
• Balanced work style: ability to own individual projects independently while effectively sharing findings and learnings with the team and broader organization
• Prior experience with lead handling, CRM-type products, or similar customer-facing platforms (from automotive or adjacent industries) is highly valued but not required; if lacking Fullpath product knowledge, compensating strengths such as proven subject matter expertise or exceptional track record will be prioritized
• Extensive travel capability: 2-4+ times per month, ranging from 2-3 day trips to week-long stints, with flexibility to adjust logistics on short notice. Preference for candidates near major airports in PST, MST, or CST
• Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to sit for extended periods, perform extensive computer work, work from a home office with reliable attendance and punctuality

Annual base starting salary: $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate with on target variable earning potential of $125,000, annualized, based on performance.
