Customer Care Specialist/Delivery Driver

Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: DSCC - COLUMBUS, OH 43213Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyWe are seeking an outgoing, care-oriented representative to help us serve in-store and online shoppers. This person will assist with all aspects of customer service, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and provide desktop delivery to federal customers. Enjoy busy days with a variety of duties! Spend about half the time receiving and delivering items and the rest working with customers in the store. Our delivery drivers are the "face of our company" when interacting with customers. This is a great opportunity to learn how to run a store and exceed the needs of our wonderful military and federal customers!
QualificationsWe Require:

Customer service experience in a retail environment. A track record of providing service that exceeds customer expectations.

Experience working with a computer-based cash register.

Detail-oriented with the ability to research and create quotes, review orders, and enter information at the highest level of accuracy.
The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to provide desktop delivery of items around Base using a hand truck.
Ability to deliver product to our Military customers and Federal customers in the surrounding areas, using a box truck
Valid Drivers license and clean driving record
